Are there benefits to attending a single-sex school?

The benefits are both girls and guys are at least distractions towards one another. Generally guys tend to have bigger distractions towards girls because guys go through puberty first. Girls tend to become shy when there are guys around making them not want to participate. Girls mature faster than guys making it difficult for guys to be at the same learning level. I think that same genders schools make girls perform better. Behaviors differentiate between guys and girls and making them have different learning pace. Attending a single-sex school can cause less drama between girls because they do not fight for other guys as they would in a public school.
