Is child behavior better or worse than it was years ago?

Today days, we can see a lot of parents that does not care about their children and for that reason they misbehave to attract attention from parents. Society today requires parents to devote 100% in their job and when parents go home, they feel tired to take care of their child.  Is for that and many more reasons that child behavior today is worse than it was years ago, and we can prove it because many years ago in a family only father could work so at that time the mother was always at home taking care of the child and helping them with the assignment. I’m not trying to say that is better for the mother to stay home all day only coking or taking care of the child because in that time it was easier for family just be one of the two working. Now, the situation is different because the money is not enough to pay bill ECT. I believe that the best solution for parents is learning how to manage their time so the child can have a better performance.
